# Littlebird Web Page Content Littlebird is a personal AI assistant that thinks like you and connects the dots across your digital life. It runs on your Mac or Windows computer, securely in the background, and pays attention to your active window so it learns your real work: your messages, your tasks, and what is on your screen. That makes Littlebird a private knowledge base of your own work, automating organization and giving you assistance shaped to how you actually operate. ## Section: Platforms Littlebird runs on Mac and Windows. The core product is the desktop app. Companion apps for iOS and Android let you ask questions away from your desk; the mobile apps give you access to the context collected on your desktop and do not capture activity from your phone screen. ## Section: Core capabilities Littlebird has four core features. Chat is your AI with the full picture. Ask questions and create content without catching it up first, because it already knows your work. You can attach a document or image, dictate with the microphone, and turn on Max mode for more thorough multi-step reasoning. Chats can be starred, searched, filtered, archived, shared, or permanently deleted. Meeting Notes are notes that write themselves. Littlebird transcribes and summarizes your meetings so you can stay present, and no bot joins the call. It works for any audio or video playing on your computer, not only live calls. Every note produces an editable, shareable summary with an executive summary, your personalized action items, topics discussed, decisions, action items split between you and others, and risks or open questions, alongside the full transcript. Meeting Notes supports 10+ languages. Routines deliver proactive, personalized insights on your schedule, such as a morning briefing or a weekly project recap. A Routine is a saved prompt that runs daily, weekly, or monthly at a time you choose and pushes the result back to you. Routines can draw from your own work or from the web. A daily journal is an example of a Routine, not a separate feature. Hummingbird is Littlebird wherever you are working. Double-tap Option to open Littlebird over whatever you are doing, ask, and keep going without breaking flow. Hummingbird is currently Mac-only. Littlebird also ships supporting surfaces: Glance (a panel that surfaces your day before you type), Projects (folders that group related chats and meetings, with per-project instructions and files), Assistant Notes and Custom Instructions (persistent, user-editable memory), a Command Bar (Cmd+K or Ctrl+K), image generation inside Chat, and an MCP server. ## Section: MCP server Littlebird runs an MCP server at https://mcp.littlebird.ai/mcp. Connect an external AI client such as Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, or ChatGPT to Littlebird tools over OAuth, scoped to your own account permissions. MCP access is available on the Power plan and above. Learn more at https://littlebird.ai/features/mcp. ## Section: How Littlebird Works First, you install the Littlebird app and it runs securely in the background. Second, Littlebird reads the text and elements of your active window, capturing every few seconds and building a private, encrypted index of recent activity. It is not a screen recorder: it does not record video of your screen and it does not take screenshots. It is not a keylogger and does not log your keystrokes. Third, Littlebird uses what it has learned to answer questions in Chat, write your meeting notes, keep your task list, and run your Routines. ## Section: Integrations Littlebird supports hundreds of integrations, and they are optional. Littlebird already works by paying attention to your screen; connecting an app gives it deeper access and lets it take actions on your behalf. Documented integrations include Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, Outlook, Todoist, and TickTick. Connect Gmail and Littlebird surfaces open loops, drafts replies in context, and can send on your behalf. Connect Google Calendar and it preps you for meetings and can create and edit events. You can browse the full list in Settings, under Integrations. ## Section: Privacy & Security The app runs on your computer. The memory it builds is encrypted and stored in the AWS cloud, in the US East region. Littlebird never sells your data and never trains models on it. Neither Littlebird nor its underlying LLM providers use your data to train models. Your data is used only in ways you explicitly approve. Encryption is AES-256 at rest and in transit. Every connection uses TLS 1.3. Key management runs through AWS KMS. Littlebird is SOC 2 certified, independently audited. Data handling is GDPR-aligned and CCPA-aligned. Littlebird can support HIPAA only when a customer accepts a Business Associate Agreement in-app, under Settings and Data Controls, and enables HIPAA; a paid plan alone does not activate it. Infrastructure and controls are regularly audited by third-party security firms. The Trust Center is at https://trust.littlebird.ai. Capture is selective. Littlebird is designed to ignore password fields. Password managers including 1Password, Bitwarden, and LastPass are auto-detected and excluded by default, and credit-card numbers and API keys are auto-redacted before storage. You stay in control. Pause context collection at any time, exclude specific apps, specific website domains, or whole content categories such as Banking, Social Media, Shopping, Entertainment, and Health. Adult content is always excluded by default. You can delete all of your data, or just the last hour or day, and you can delete your account, at any time. Littlebird observes only with your consent. ## Section: Pricing Information Littlebird offers seven plans. For the most current details, visit https://littlebird.ai/pricing. Basic: $0.
