We'll email you a link for your Mac or Windows computer, and your to-dos and drafts follow you to your phone.Littlebird is free to start on Macs with macOS 13 or later, and you don't need a card.Littlebird is free to start on Windows 10 or later, and you don't need a card.

Example: Littlebird's desktop app. An email from Quinn Rivera asks: "Can you send me the deck by Friday?" Littlebird noticed, and put two tasks on the list. Send Quinn the deck, from Quinn's email, is checked off: already done in Gmail. Tell Riley the launch date, from #launch in Slack, waits for you to click Send.

Nothing is sent until you click Send.

Littlebird finds the tasks in your day

What you promised on a call, what a client asked for by email and what a teammate asked in Slack land on your list, each with the reason it's there

  1. On a call with Morgan, you said: "I'll send you the pricing deck after this." Littlebird noticed, and put Send Morgan the pricing deck on your list, with the reply drafted.

  2. Quinn Rivera at Sparrow & Sons emailed: "Could we find a time this week for the kickoff?" Littlebird noticed, and put Kickoff with Sparrow & Sons on your list, with the event drafted.

  3. Riley asked in the #launch channel in Slack: "Is the help center still shipping on the 24th?" Littlebird noticed, and put Tell Riley the new launch date on your list, with the message drafted.

You choose what Littlebird sees. Keep any app or website out, and password managers stay out by default.

Your tasks arrive with the next step drafted

Littlebird writes the reply, picks the time or drafts the message, and the button sends it

Example: an open Gmail card in Littlebird, Reply to Morgan Lee, because you told Morgan on today's call you'd send the pricing. From casey@chirpcreative.com to Morgan Lee, subject Re: Pricing for Perch & Partners: "Hi Morgan, as promised on today's call, here's the pricing for Perch & Partners: $38 a seat for 30 seats, and the pilot can start November 3. Happy to walk you through it on Thursday." With Discard, Send and Open in Gmail.

Nothing is sent until you click Send or tell Littlebird to send it.

Finish each task in one click

Press the button, and the email goes out, the event lands on your calendar and the task leaves your list

Example: the list after two clicks. Send Morgan the pricing deck, sent. Kickoff with Sparrow & Sons, created. Book the Birdseed photo shoot, with the Todoist task drafted and an Add task button.

When you finish a task another way, Littlebird notices and checks it off, or asks you first.

Install Littlebird on your Mac or Windows computer, and your to-dos and drafts follow you to your iPhone or Android phone.

“When you’re multitasking in a meeting, things get lost. Littlebird keeps track of everything I need to do (and everything I’ve done), so nothing gets missed.”

Top priorities: send Morgan the pricing deck for Perch & Partners, and find Quinn a time for the Sparrow & Sons kickoff this week. Questions people ask before they start

Do I have to type my tasks in?

No. Littlebird adds tasks from your calls, email and Slack, each with the reason it's there, and when a task needs an email, an event or a message, the next step is drafted. You can also ask Littlebird to add a to-do for you.

Will Littlebird send anything without me?

No. Nothing is sent until you click Send or tell Littlebird to send it.

Do I need a computer?

Install Littlebird on your Mac or Windows computer, and your to-dos and drafts follow you to your iPhone or Android phone. The computer app is where Littlebird remembers your screen and takes notes in your calls.

Which apps does it work with?

Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Slack, Linear, Notion, Todoist, Google Tasks and HubSpot, and integrations connect on every plan, including the free one.

What happens to a task I don't get to?

A to-do you leave alone for a week clears from your list. Pin it to keep it, or snooze it until later today, tomorrow or next week.

Can Littlebird remind me about something?

Yes. Ask Littlebird to remind you at a time, or set up a routine like a Morning Brief at 7:00 AM that runs even when your computer is off.

Is it free?

Littlebird is free to start, and to-dos and action cards work on every plan, including the free one. Chats and routines use your daily credits on the free plan.
