Give your company its own AI

Every team gets an AI workspace your company manages, with the security and spending controls IT expects

  • SOC 2
  • HIPAA with a signed BAA
  • SSO
  • Admin controls

Help every team stay on top of its work

Littlebird remembers what each person sees on their computer and takes notes in their meetings, so no one has to keep track of it all

  • Answers from their own work

Anyone can ask about a customer, a project or a decision and get an answer from their own meetings, messages and documents.

  • Notes from every call

Littlebird takes notes without a bot joining the call, then writes the recap with action items.

  • Briefs and reports on a schedule

Routines write a morning brief or a weekly report, even when the computer is off.

The questions every AI rollout raises

How Littlebird answers each one

Where does our company data go?

Meeting notes and customer details end up in personal AI accounts, or in separate accounts with different providers, none of which your company manages. When people leave, the work they did there leaves with them.

PagerDuty, 2026: 88% of office professionals at companies with $500M+ in revenue have shared work information with public AI tools (n=1,250).

One workspace your company manages

Your team uses AI in one Littlebird workspace that your admins manage, instead of in personal accounts or across providers. When someone leaves, the projects they shared, with the chats and meeting notes inside them, stay with your team.

Littlebird never sells your data or trains models on it, and neither do its AI providers.

Are we using approved model providers?

When each person picks their own AI tool, IT cannot limit company work to approved providers or say which AI labs see it.

Gartner, 2025: 69% of organizations suspect or have evidence that employees use prohibited public generative AI (n=302 cybersecurity leaders).

Approved providers, set up with our team

As part of an enterprise agreement, our team can set up your workspace on the model providers your company approves and work with the agreements you already have with them.

Littlebird is not tied to any one AI lab.

Is the AI our people use secure?

When people sign up for AI tools on their own, those tools sit outside your identity provider and access controls. Security reviews also stall when a tool has no independent audit and no clear account of how it handles data.

IBM, 2025: Of organizations that reported a breach of an AI model or application, 97% reported lacking proper AI access controls.

Security your team can review

People sign in through your identity provider with SSO, which our team sets up for your company.

Littlebird is SOC 2 Type II audited by an independent firm, and the report is in the Trust Center.

Can we plan our AI spend?

AI prices keep changing, and usage often grows faster than the budget. When your AI runs on one lab’s models, that lab’s price changes become yours.

Futurum, 2026: 46.9% of enterprises report AI spend above plan (n=1,636).

Spending you can limit and see

Owners and admins set spending limits and see usage by member from one team dashboard, so you decide what your team can spend each month and know where it goes.

Because Littlebird works across model providers, your rollout is not locked to one AI lab’s prices or roadmap.

Custom branding, hosting and model routing

With an enterprise agreement, we set up Littlebird under your company’s name, on the hosting you choose and with the model providers your company approves

Littlebird can run under your company’s name. We agree what carries your name when we scope your rollout.

Hosting options

Littlebird runs on AWS in the United States. Self-hosting and other custom options are available with an enterprise agreement.

Model routing

Your company’s work goes only to the model providers your admins approve, under the agreements you already have with them.

Details for your security review

What Littlebird captures

With each person’s permission, Littlebird’s desktop app remembers what they see on screen, along with their meetings and the apps they connect.

Encryption

Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3, with keys managed in AWS KMS.

What admins see

Admins see seats, roles and usage counts. They cannot open anyone’s chats, meeting notes or memory unless that person shares them.

Personal controls

Each person can pause capture, keep apps and websites out, and delete their data at any time.

Health data

HIPAA is available once your company signs a Business Associate Agreement with us.
