Questions client teams ask

Will Littlebird email my clients?

No. Littlebird writes drafts in your Gmail or Outlook, and you decide what to send and when.

Does a bot join my client calls?

No. Littlebird takes notes from your computer’s audio, so no bot joins the call and it works with the meeting app you already use. Let your client know you’re taking notes, as your company’s policy and local law require.

Can Littlebird prepare me before a call?

Yes. Turn on automatic meeting prep in Settings for a brief before each call with other guests, or ask for prep before any event. Littlebird writes it from your calendar, email and past meetings.

Does Littlebird work with my CRM?

Littlebird remembers what you see on screen, including your CRM, so you can ask about a deal or an account without exporting anything. You can also connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Outlook and more on every plan, including the free one. To see which apps connect directly, check the integrations directory.

Is Littlebird safe for client data?

Littlebird is SOC 2 Type II compliant, and HIPAA is available once you accept the BAA in the app. It never sells your data. The details are in our Trust Center.

Can my whole sales team use Littlebird?

Yes. Team plans give each person their own private Littlebird, with shared projects for the accounts and calls your team wants to share. Talk to us about your team.

Does Littlebird work on Windows and my phone?

Yes. Littlebird runs on Mac and Windows, on the web at app.littlebird.ai and on iPhone and Android. Remembering your screen happens in the desktop app on Mac and Windows.
