Can I get Instinct today?

Only with an invite. Instinct is a private beta from Spear Street Technology in San Francisco, and as of September 2026 it has a waitlist at app.instinct.co and no published pricing. Littlebird is available to anyone on Mac and Windows, and the Basic plan is free.

Does Littlebird act on my accounts like Instinct?

Not on its own. Littlebird connects to your tools, drafts with full context, and runs Routines on your schedule, but you review what goes out. Instinct is designed to sign into your accounts and complete tasks autonomously, including sending messages and making purchases. That is its appeal and, as its early testers found, its risk.

Which is better for meeting notes, Littlebird or Instinct?

Littlebird. It transcribes and summarizes your meetings automatically, without a bot, and links each one to the rest of your work. Instinct is built around completing tasks in your accounts, not capturing the conversations you have.

Does Instinct train on my data?

By default, its terms allow it. Instinct's current terms permit using your materials to improve the service, including training AI models, with an opt-out in settings that applies going forward and a Vault feature the company says is never used for training.
