Questions about the feed
What is the feed?
The feed is where Littlebird puts the work it has drafted for you, like emails, messages, issues and events. Each card shows where it came from, and you can send it, change it or dismiss it.
Where do the cards come from?
From your meetings, your email and the apps you connect, and from anything you ask for in chat. After a call, Littlebird drafts the follow-ups you owe.
Does anything go out without me?
No. Each card waits in your feed until you click its button, and you can change it first or dismiss it.
Which apps can cards work with?
Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Slack, Linear, HubSpot, Todoist and GitHub. They all work on every plan, including the free one.
What happens to cards I don’t get to?
Littlebird keeps checking them. When the work gets done somewhere else, like a reply you sent from Gmail or a task you finished in Todoist, it marks the card done. You can also snooze a card or pin it to the top.
Where can I use the feed?
In the Littlebird app on Mac and Windows, and in your browser at app.littlebird.ai.
Is Littlebird secure enough for my company?
Littlebird is SOC 2 Type II audited, and HIPAA is available with a signed BAA. Littlebird never sells your data or trains models on it, and neither do its AI providers. The details are in our Trust Center.
