A Littlebird window. Jordan is in Fall launch, a project shared with Brook, Casey and Avery, and asks: where are we with the fall launch? Littlebird answers from the calls and chats the team added to the project. The launch is set for November 12, which Avery confirmed in the planning call. Casey traced the beta crashes to the new export settings and is testing a fix. The pricing page copy is still open, and Brook’s draft is waiting on your review.

Anyone on a shared project can ask about the calls and chats teammates chose to add

Notes and next steps from your calls

Littlebird takes notes without a bot joining, writes the action items and preps each person for their next call

  • Each person chooses which calls Littlebird records
  • Works on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Slack huddles
  • Works on Mac and Windows, and nobody has to type notes
  • Add any call to a shared project so the team can use it

Littlebird’s meeting note for Weekly check-in with Dana, October 13 at 11:00 AM on Zoom, with Dana Whitfield and two others, in the Birdseed Brands project. Before the call, Littlebird’s prep: last time, Dana confirmed two pilot sites starting December 1; still open are the second site’s location and the export timeouts. After the call, the prep stays at the top of the note, and the summary follows: Dana confirmed the pilot at two sites, starting December 1. Exports over 50,000 rows are timing out, and Casey is looking into it. Dana wants the revised rollout plan before Friday. Action items: send Dana the revised rollout plan by Friday; confirm the second site’s location with Dana; share the export logs with Casey; book the pricing review for next week.

A shared project for every client, launch and hire

Keep the calls, chats, files and instructions for each piece of work in one place. Anyone you add can open all of it from their first day

Birdseed Brands

Riley’s Littlebird. Riley was added to Birdseed Brands this morning, alongside Brook Ellis, Casey Reed, Avery and Jordan, and can already ask about every call, chat and file in it.

Riley asks the project:

Catch me up on Birdseed before my call with Dana

Littlebird answers from the project’s calls, chats and files:

Birdseed Brands is piloting at two sites from December 1, and Dana Whitfield is your main contact. Before your call, the second site’s location is still open, and Casey is testing the export fix.

Riley joined this morning and can already ask about every call, chat and file in the project

  • Share with the whole team or just the people who need it
  • Everyone on the project can add calls, chats and files
  • Ask about anything in the project, from any teammate’s calls and chats

Private for each person

Each person’s chats, notes and memory stay theirs unless they share them. Admins and teammates can’t open them

  • Littlebird remembers what each person sees on screen, and each person decides what it sees
  • Pause anytime, and delete the last hour, the last day or everything
  • Admins can keep apps, websites and chosen calendar meetings out, but only each person can turn Littlebird on

What the team sees of Brook Ellis: Brook’s chats, notes and memory are locked, and admins and teammates can’t open them. The two Birdseed Brands notes Brook shared stay readable, and Brook’s usage counts are the same for everyone on the team: 412 messages, 18 meetings and 6 routines.

When someone moves on, their work stays

The calls and chats someone added to a shared project stay with everyone on it. If they owned the project, it passes to the next person you added, with everything inside

Add people to a project by name, so it always has someone to pass to

The Birdseed Brands project card. Brook Ellis owned it and has moved on, so the owner is now Avery. Its chats and notes stay: Kickoff call with Dana and Weekly check-in with Dana by Brook Ellis, Export timeouts by Casey Reed, and Birdseed rollout plan by Avery.

Brook moved on from Chirp Creative. Birdseed Brands is now Avery’s, with every chat and note still inside

“When you’re multitasking in a meeting, things get lost. Littlebird keeps track of everything I need to do (and everything I’ve done), so nothing gets missed.”

Questions teams ask

Can admins read our chats or meeting notes?

No. Admins manage seats, plans and settings. They can’t open anyone’s chats, meeting notes or memory, and teammates only see what someone shares into a project or a chat.

What does Littlebird capture on each computer?

On Mac and Windows, Littlebird remembers what each person sees on screen, plus the meetings they choose to record. Each person can pause it, keep any app or website out, and delete the last hour, the last day or everything. Password managers are kept out by default.

What can the team see about each person?

The same counts for everyone: seats, plans, and how many chats, meetings and routines each person runs. No one on the team sees what anyone wrote or said.

Some of us already use Littlebird. Can we bring those accounts into the team?

Yes. Invite their work email, or turn on your company domain so they can join the team directly. Their chats, notes and memory stay theirs.

What happens to a shared project when someone leaves?

What they added stays in the project for everyone on it. If they owned the project, it passes to the next person added to it by name.

Does Littlebird work for people on Windows?

Yes. Littlebird runs on Mac and Windows, with web, iPhone and Android apps too. Hover is on Mac.

Can we use Littlebird with health information?

Yes. An admin signs the Business Associate Agreement in the app, and HIPAA covers everyone on the team, including people who join later. With HIPAA on, Littlebird only uses AI providers covered by its BAA, and sharing turns off, shared projects included.

Does Littlebird train AI models on our data?

No. Littlebird never sells your data or trains models on it, and neither do its AI providers.

Do you offer single sign-on?

Yes. We turn on single sign-on for your team on request, and your IT admin connects your identity provider in a guided setup. Rolling out to a whole company? See Littlebird for enterprise.
