Recognition fails from bandwidth, not intent. Managers notice the work, mean to say something, get pulled into a meeting, and the moment passes. Do that fifty times and the team learns that good work is invisible.
People repeat what gets recognized. A manager who misses the wins trains the team to stop producing them.

Every week, this routine suggests who on your team earned recognition: the shipped work, the saved day, the quiet save nobody applauded.
You get the prompt and the reason; the thank-you itself stays human. Recognition stops depending on your memory surviving the week.
Try the prompt
Copy it into a new Littlebird routine, then set the days and times that fit your schedule
- Open Littlebird and go to Routines. Open the menu next to New Routine and choose Set up manually.
- Paste the prompt into Instructions, then set the days and time under Run.
- Littlebird runs it on schedule from then on. You can pause or edit it anytime. Auto-pause is on by default and pauses it if reports go unread.
