The problem
Weeks that do not get closed bleed into each other. Friday's leftover tasks become Monday's archaeology dig, and the carry-over list grows without anyone deciding what it means.
A weekly review is the difference between a task list and a task graveyard. It is also the thing Friday energy least wants to do.
What it does
Every Friday at 5pm, this routine reviews your week: what got completed, what carried over, and what needs a decision before Monday.
You end the week with a clean ledger instead of a vague pile, and Monday starts from a list that has already been triaged.
Try the prompt
Copy it into a new Littlebird routine, then set the days and times that fit your schedule
- Open Littlebird and go to Routines. Open the menu next to New Routine and choose Set up manually.
- Paste the prompt into Instructions, then set the days and time under Run.
- Littlebird runs it on schedule from then on. You can pause or edit it anytime. Auto-pause is on by default and pauses it if reports go unread.

Why make it a routine?
A skill in an AI chat app can approximate this, if you remember to ask. Copy in your calendar, paste the thread, wait, then carry the answer back out of the chat tab.
