Questions about texting Littlebird
What happens after I tap a button?
You sign up or log in, then tap Continue in iMessage or Continue in WhatsApp. Your messaging app opens with a short code filled in. Send it, and Littlebird texts you back and helps you connect your email and calendar.
Does texting Littlebird work on Android?
Yes, in WhatsApp. iMessage works from any Apple device, and WhatsApp works on iPhone and Android.
Is texting Littlebird in beta?
Yes. Texting in iMessage and WhatsApp is in beta, and we’re still improving it.
Why might a WhatsApp reminder wait?
WhatsApp only lets a business start a message within 24 hours of your last message there, so a reminder or routine report sent to WhatsApp can wait until you write to Littlebird again, while your phone notification and email still go out. iMessage has no such window.
Do I need the Littlebird computer app?
No. Texting works from the apps you connect, like your email and calendar, and from the web. Add Littlebird on your Mac or Windows computer when you want it to remember your screen and take notes on your calls.
