See where your workday went, client by client

Littlebird remembers your calls, emails and files, so you can rebuild your day before you write your time entries

You ask: what did I work on for each client today? Littlebird looked through your context, searched through your meetings and accessed Outlook, then answers: here’s today by client, with approximate times from what it saw. Sparrow & Sons, lease dispute, about 2 hours: a call with Casey Reed from 10:05 to 10:45 AM, the response letter in Word and the amended lease PDF. Birdseed Brands, trademark filing, about 45 minutes: emails with Dana Whitfield about the filing date and the examiner’s office action. Perch & Partners, NDA review, about 30 minutes: the mutual NDA in Word.

Times are approximate. Check them against your own records before you write your entries. Littlebird isn’t a timer and doesn’t connect to your billing software.

What Littlebird keeps, and who can see it

Littlebird works from your own emails, calls and files. Your chats, notes and memory stay private unless you share them, and teammates and admins can’t open them

  • Littlebird never sells your data
  • By default it asks before it takes notes on a call. Let the people on the call know
  • Littlebird keeps your memory until you delete it
  • Pause anytime, keep any app or website out, and delete the last hour, the last day or everything
  • Password managers and banking sites are kept out by default
  • SOC 2 Type II compliant, encrypted in transit and at rest, and hosted on AWS in the United States

Our Trust Center has the SOC 2 Type II report, January 2026 penetration test results and a data processing agreement, on request

For a small firm, a Team plan gives each lawyer a private Littlebird, and admins can stop it from taking notes on chosen meetings. See Team plans

Walk into every client call caught up

Ask about a client or a matter, and Littlebird answers from your Outlook, your calendar, your past calls and the documents you worked on

Littlebird checked your calendar events, accessed Outlook and looked through your context, then answered: Your 3pm is with Casey Reed about the Sparrow & Sons lease dispute. Casey emailed Tuesday to ask about the arbitration timeline, and you haven’t replied yet. The last document you worked on for this matter was the settlement brief, on Thursday.

Littlebird is not legal research or legal advice. It works from your own emails, calls and files, and you review everything before it goes out

Notes from every client call, and the follow-up drafted

Littlebird takes notes without a bot joining and lists what everyone agreed. When you ask, it drafts the follow-up in Outlook for you to review and send

  • Asks before it takes notes, and you choose which calls
  • Works on Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams
  • Mac and Windows

Littlebird on Windows. When the Zoom call with Casey Reed starts, the app’s notification offers Start taking notes, and it is pressed. Afterwards, the meeting note, Call with Casey Reed, today at 10:05 AM on Zoom, for Sparrow & Sons, shows the summary: Casey wants the arbitration timeline before the board meets on November 6. The amended lease removes the early exit clause. Casey will send the signed engagement letter this week. Action items: send Casey the arbitration timeline by Friday, mark up the amended lease, and file the signed engagement letter. Then, in the same window, you ask: draft the follow-up to Casey in Outlook. Littlebird searched through your meetings and accessed Outlook, then answers: here’s a draft in your Outlook drafts. Hi Casey, thanks for the call this morning. You’ll have the arbitration timeline by Friday, before the board meets on November 6. I’m marking up the amended lease and will watch for your signed engagement letter. You review it and send it from Outlook.

It reads what you work on, in the tools you already use

Littlebird remembers what you see on screen, including your practice management system and your research tools, plus the calls and email you connect. There’s nothing to set up or migrate

Connecting Outlook, Gmail, Google Calendar or Drive is optional and works on every plan, including the free one

Don’t take our word for it

Copy a prompt into the AI you already use and let it research Littlebird for you

The research

Research Littlebird (littlebird.ai), an AI assistant that learns from your screen and meetings so it already knows what you’re working on. Look at their site and anything else you can find. Give it to me straight: what’s actually useful, what the catches are, and who it’s a good fit for. Don’t sell me, just tell me what you find.

The gut check

My work is spread across a lot of meetings, docs, tabs, and chats. Look at Littlebird (littlebird.ai) and show me how it would fit into a day like that, with a real example or two. Be specific about where it helps, and honest about where it wouldn’t. Then give me your bottom line: would Littlebird actually make my day-to-day work easier?

Questions lawyers ask

Does Littlebird store my privileged client communications?

Littlebird stores what it remembers, including client emails and documents you open, encrypted and hosted on AWS in the United States. Keep any app or site out, pause anytime and delete your data whenever you like. Littlebird never sells your data.

Who can see my data?

Your chats, notes and memory stay private unless you share them. Teammates and admins can’t open them.

Can I keep sensitive client work out of it?

Yes. You can keep any app or website out, pause Littlebird anytime and delete the last hour, the last day or everything.

Does it take notes on my client calls, and do I need consent?

Littlebird asks before it starts, and no bot joins the call. Tell the people on the call you’re taking notes, as your bar’s rules and local law require.

Can I bill from its numbers?

Use it as a starting point. Ask what you worked on for each client, and Littlebird answers from what it saw, with approximate times. It isn’t a timer and doesn’t connect to your billing software.

Does it work with Clio, iManage, or my practice management system?

Littlebird remembers what you see in Clio, iManage or any other app on your screen. It doesn’t connect to them directly. Connecting Outlook, Gmail, Google Calendar or Drive is optional.

Does it read my PDFs?

Littlebird remembers the text it sees on screen, so PDFs with selectable text work best. Scanned pages may not come through.

Is it legal research?

Littlebird works from your own emails, calls and files. Check its answers and drafts the way you’d check any first draft.

Does it work on Windows and with Outlook?

Yes. Littlebird runs on Mac and Windows, and you can connect Outlook on every plan, including the free one.

Can my firm use it together?

Yes. Team plans give each person their own private Littlebird, with admin controls to keep apps and meetings out. See Littlebird for teams.

Is Littlebird free?

You can start for free. Paid plans add more capacity and features. Compare them on our pricing page.
