Connect ClickUp in Settings > Integrations and Littlebird can read your workspace structure, filter and search across tasks, and read task details and comments -- and, using context from your meetings and screen, file and update tasks straight from a conversation. All from Chat.

Littlebird also works on its own, without integrations -- paying attention to your active window and transcribing meetings without a bot on the call. You control what it does. Pause context collection, exclude apps, or delete your data at any time. Nothing is collected without your permission.

Privacy

The app runs on your computer. The memory it builds is encrypted and stored in the AWS cloud.

Do I need to connect all my apps?

Littlebird starts working on its own by paying attention to your screen, so you get value immediately. But everything on this page -- reading your workspace structure, filtering and searching tasks, and creating or updating tasks -- needs ClickUp connected. It takes a few seconds in Settings > Integrations.

Can Littlebird create tasks from meetings?

Yes. Littlebird transcribes your meetings, so once ClickUp is connected it can turn what was discussed -- action items, owners, deadlines -- into tasks filed in the right list, without you leaving your current window.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Encrypted at rest and in transit, SOC 2 certified, GDPR and CCPA compliant, delete anytime. Littlebird never trains on your data and never sells it.
