You spend the first ten minutes of every customer review hunting for context. What did the account manager say in last week's call? Which Slack thread had the churn risk? The renewal conversation happened, someone took notes, and now you're digging through three tools to find them.
Littlebird already has it. It reads the text on your screen and transcribes your meetings without a bot on the call, building a private memory you can search in plain language. Gainsight appears in Settings > Integrations and can be connected there. Littlebird works on its own too: screen awareness and meeting transcription run whether or not you connect a third-party tool.
Littlebird reads the text and elements of your active window via macOS accessibility permissions. When Gainsight is on screen, that context enters your searchable memory. It's not a screen recorder, does not take screenshots, and is not a keylogger. Password managers are auto-excluded, and credit-card numbers and API keys are auto-redacted before storage.
Littlebird transcribes meetings in the background, no bot on the call. Customer health reviews, renewal discussions, and account planning sessions become searchable records you can ask about later.
The memory Littlebird builds is private, encrypted, and stored in the AWS cloud. Ask in Chat and get an answer grounded in your real work: the meeting it transcribed, the email or Slack thread on screen, the customer success platform you had open.
Connect Gainsight in Settings > Integrations. Littlebird works standalone by paying attention to your screen and transcribing your meetings, so connecting an integration is optional. What a connected Gainsight integration adds is not documented yet. This page describes what Littlebird does on its own, and that the tool can be connected.
Littlebird also works on its own, without integrations, paying attention to your active window and transcribing meetings without a bot on the call. You control what it does. Pause context collection, exclude apps, or delete your data at any time. Nothing is collected without your permission.
The app runs on your computer. The memory it builds is encrypted and stored in the AWS cloud.
Do I need to connect Gainsight to use Littlebird?
No. Littlebird works on its own by reading your screen and transcribing meetings. When Gainsight is on screen, that context enters your memory whether or not you connect the integration in Settings.
What does Littlebird do with my data?
The app runs on your computer. The memory it builds is encrypted and stored in the AWS cloud. Littlebird is designed to ignore password fields, auto-excludes password managers, and auto-redacts credit-card numbers and API keys before storage. It is not a screen recorder, does not take screenshots, and is not a keylogger.
