Littlebird and Jentic Integration Overview

You spend half your day switching between tools, hunting for the context you need. The Slack thread that explains the decision. The email with the real deadline. The meeting where someone said yes. It's all scattered, and every tool only knows what you typed into it.

Littlebird already saw it happen. It pays attention to your active window and transcribes your meetings without a bot on the call, so it builds a memory of your work as you do it. Jentic is one connection to access all your tools securely, and it can be connected in Settings > Integrations.

What Littlebird finds

Paying attention to your active window

Littlebird reads the text and elements of your active window via macOS accessibility permissions. It's not a screen recorder and does not take screenshots. It's designed to ignore password fields, and password managers like 1Password and Bitwarden are auto-excluded by default. Credit card numbers and API keys are auto-redacted before storage.

Transcribing meetings without a bot

Littlebird transcribes your meetings from your computer's audio output. No bot joins the call, so there's no announcement and no extra participant in the grid. The transcript becomes part of your searchable memory.

Asking your memory later

You can ask Littlebird questions in Chat and get answers grounded in your real work. It recalls what happened in meetings, what was on your screen, and the decisions that got made. You don't need to remember where something lives or open the app it came from.

All the content I produce starts with Littlebird. It sits in the background, capturing the conversations that matter, so nothing gets lost in the details of a meeting or the bottom of my inbox.

How it works

Jentic can be connected in Settings > Integrations. Littlebird works on its own too. The integrations are optional. What a connected integration adds for this tool is not documented yet.

Littlebird also works on its own, without integrations, paying attention to your active window and transcribing meetings without a bot on the call. You control what it does. Pause context collection, exclude apps, or delete your data at any time. Nothing is collected without your permission.

The app runs on your computer. The memory it builds is encrypted and stored in the AWS cloud.
