Littlebird and Lumin Integration Overview

You make decisions in meetings, agree to changes in Slack, and review documents on screen. By the time you need that context again, it's scattered across a dozen places you'd have to open and search one by one.

Littlebird pays attention to your active window and transcribes your meetings without a bot on the call. It builds a searchable memory of your work, so you can ask it things later in plain language. Lumin can be connected in Settings > Integrations.

What Littlebird finds

Pays attention to your active window

Littlebird reads the text and elements of your active window via macOS accessibility permissions. It's not a screen recorder and does not take screenshots. It's designed to ignore password fields, and password managers like 1Password and Bitwarden are auto-excluded by default. Credit card numbers and API keys are auto-redacted before storage.

Transcribes meetings without a bot

Littlebird transcribes your meetings without joining the call or announcing itself. It captures what was said and decided, so you don't lose the context that never made it into a ticket or a doc.

Builds a memory you can ask

Littlebird indexes everything it captures into a private, encrypted memory. You can ask it questions later in Chat and get answers grounded in your real work: the meeting, the email thread, the document you had open last week.

All the content I produce starts with Littlebird. It sits in the background, capturing the conversations that matter, so nothing gets lost in the details of a meeting or the bottom of my inbox.

How it works

Lumin can be connected in Settings > Integrations. Littlebird works on its own too. Integrations are optional. What a connected integration adds for this tool is not documented yet.

Littlebird also works on its own, without integrations, paying attention to your active window and transcribing meetings without a bot on the call. You control what it does. Pause context collection, exclude apps, or delete your data at any time. Nothing is collected without your permission.

The app runs on your computer. The memory it builds is encrypted and stored in the AWS cloud.

Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). AWS KMS manages encryption keys.
