    Questions about Littlebird and OmniFocus

    What does connecting OmniFocus add?

Capture to-dos and review projects on your Mac Littlebird uses OmniFocus when you ask in Chat, when a routine you set up runs and when it prepares you for a meeting. Even before you connect it, Littlebird sees OmniFocus when it’s the active window on your screen, unless you exclude it.

Does OmniFocus work with Littlebird on Windows?

No. OmniFocus runs on a Mac, so Littlebird uses it on your Mac.

Does my Mac need to be on?

Yes. Littlebird reaches OmniFocus while your Mac is on, awake and online with Littlebird running, even with the Littlebird window closed. If your Mac is asleep or off, Littlebird tells you, and a scheduled routine that needs OmniFocus waits for your Mac to come back, for up to about a day.

Can Littlebird add the action items from a meeting?

Yes. Ask in Chat or by text, and Littlebird captures the action items from a meeting it took notes on as to-dos in OmniFocus.

Littlebird is both my personal assistant and researcher. It’s simply the best personal productivity tool I’ve ever tried.
