Free your recordings from the app. Turn them into action.

You bought Plaud so you'd never forget -- but recordings pile up in the app, and going back means scrolling one transcript at a time until they become just another pile of voice memos you never open.

Littlebird frees them. It makes every recording searchable in plain language from Chat, sits them alongside your meetings, email, and calendar so a question gets answered from all of it at once, and can turn a recorded idea into a task or a written-up doc in your other tools -- so a voice memo becomes action, not a dead file.

What Littlebird finds

List your recordings

Littlebird can list your Plaud recordings. Back from a day of client calls, ask what you recorded and they all surface, without opening Plaud. No hunting through the app.

Read AI-generated notes

Littlebird can retrieve the AI-generated note for any recording. Pull the summary and key points into Chat -- a quick refresher before a follow-up call.

Read full transcripts

Littlebird can retrieve the full transcript of any recording. Ask "what did the client say about pricing in Tuesday's call?" and Littlebird finds the exact words.

Read recording metadata

Littlebird can read the title, date, and details of any recording -- helpful when you know a conversation happened but can't place which recording it was.

Littlebird lets me be fully present in conversations instead of looking down at my notes.

How it works

Connect Plaud in Settings > Integrations and Littlebird can list your recordings, retrieve AI-generated notes, and pull full transcripts into Chat -- searchable in plain language and cross-referenced with your meetings, email, and calendar. Paired with your other integrations, it can even turn a recorded idea into a task or a Notion page. Ask about any past conversation the way you'd ask a colleague who was in the room.

Littlebird also works on its own, without integrations -- paying attention to your active window and transcribing meetings without a bot on the call. You control what it does. Pause context collection, exclude apps, or delete your data at any time. Nothing is collected without your permission.

Privacy

The app runs on your computer. The memory it builds is encrypted and stored in the AWS cloud.

  • Your data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and in transit. Every connection uses TLS 1.3.
  • Littlebird is SOC 2 certified (independently audited) and follows GDPR- and CCPA-compliant data handling practices.
  • Littlebird never sells your data and never trains models on your data.
  • You can pause context collection, exclude apps, and delete your data at any time. Learn more at trust.littlebird.ai.

Frequently asked

What Plaud content can Littlebird read?

Littlebird can list your recordings, retrieve AI-generated notes, pull full transcripts, and read recording metadata. That covers the four things most useful for recalling what was said in any past conversation.

Does Littlebird need all my apps connected to work?

Littlebird starts working on its own by paying attention to your active window, so you get value immediately. But everything on this page -- listing recordings, reading AI notes, and pulling full transcripts -- needs Plaud connected. It takes a few seconds in Settings > Integrations.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Encrypted at rest and in transit, SOC 2 certified, GDPR and CCPA compliant, and you can delete your data at any time.

Can Littlebird turn a recording into a task or doc, and search across all of them?

Yes. Littlebird makes every recording searchable in plain language from Chat -- across all of them, not one at a time -- and, paired with your other connected tools, can turn a recorded idea or action item into a task or a written-up Notion page, so recordings become action instead of a pile you never revisit.
