You have a system. Lists for every area of your life and work, tasks with due dates and priorities, everything where it belongs. But when a question comes up mid-meeting -- what's due today? what's in the work list? -- the answer is still a tab switch away. You open TickTick, find the right list, and scan for it. The system is organized. Getting answers out of it isn't.
And when a task surfaces at the wrong moment -- in a meeting, in a Slack thread, in the thought that surfaced while you were doing something else -- capturing it means stopping, switching to TickTick, and logging it before the moment passes.
Connect TickTick and Littlebird can find your tasks and lists, surface what's due, read task details, and capture or update tasks -- all from Chat, without breaking your flow.

Littlebird also works on its own, without integrations -- paying attention to your active window and transcribing meetings without a bot on the call. You get value from Littlebird the day you install it, whether or not you connect anything. You control what it does. Pause context collection, exclude apps, or delete your data at any time. Nothing is collected without your permission.
The app runs on your computer. The memory it builds is encrypted and stored in the AWS cloud.
Do I need to connect TickTick?
Littlebird starts working on its own by paying attention to your active window, so you get value immediately. But everything on this page -- finding your tasks and lists, getting an overview of your plate, and capturing or updating tasks -- needs TickTick connected. It takes a few seconds in Settings > Integrations.
Can Littlebird capture tasks from meetings?
Yes. Littlebird can add a task to TickTick from a chat message, a meeting, or a passing thought -- without you switching to TickTick.
Where is my data stored?
In the cloud, on AWS (US East), encrypted. The app runs on your computer and you control what it sees.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Encrypted at rest and in transit, SOC 2 certified, GDPR and CCPA compliant, delete anytime.
