Littlebird and Trello Integration Overview

You agree to a task in a meeting or a Slack thread, and by the time you open your board, the context is already gone. What was the deadline? Who needed it? What was the exact ask?

Littlebird solves this by paying attention to your active window and transcribing your meetings without a bot on the call. It builds a searchable memory of your work, so you can ask it later what you agreed to and why. Trello appears in Settings > Integrations and can be connected there. Littlebird works on its own too -- the integration is optional.

Littlebird reads the text and elements of your active window via macOS accessibility permissions. It's not a screen recorder and does not take screenshots. It's not a keylogger and does not log your keystrokes. It's designed to ignore password fields, and password managers like 1Password, Bitwarden, and LastPass are auto-detected and excluded by default. Credit card numbers and API keys are auto-redacted before storage. What it does capture -- the email you're reading, the Slack thread on screen, the doc you're editing -- becomes part of your searchable memory.

Transcribes meetings without a bot

Littlebird transcribes your meetings without joining the call or announcing itself. No bot in the participant list, no recording notification. The transcript becomes part of your memory, so you can ask later what was decided or what someone committed to.

Lets you ask your memory later

You can ask Littlebird in Chat what happened, what you agreed to, or where something was mentioned. The answer comes from your real work -- the meetings it transcribed, the windows it paid attention to -- not a generic AI guess.

How it works

You can connect Trello in Settings > Integrations. Littlebird works standalone by paying attention to your screen and transcribing your meetings, so the integration is optional. What a connected Trello integration adds is not documented yet -- this page exists because Trello appears in the catalog, not because we've verified specific read or write mechanics. If you connect it, you'll see what's available in Settings.
