The problem
Blocked tasks do not announce themselves. They sit in 'in progress' for three weeks, and the project finds out the week the deadline does.
Someone usually knows why it is stuck. The system just never asks, so the reason lives in a thread nobody connects to the ticket.
What it does
Every Wednesday, this routine identifies tasks across your projects that have stalled (no movement, no comments, or waiting on someone) and suggests the next step for each.
Midweek is the right time: early enough to unblock before Friday, late enough that real stalls have shown themselves.
Try the prompt
Copy it into a new Littlebird routine, then set the days and times that fit your schedule
- Open Littlebird and go to Routines. Open the menu next to New Routine and choose Set up manually.
- Paste the prompt into Instructions, then set the days and time under Run.
- Littlebird runs it on schedule from then on. You can pause or edit it anytime. Auto-pause is on by default and pauses it if reports go unread.
