Two of today's five meetings fall outside your 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM hours.

The problem
Boundary creep is silent. A colleague in another time zone books 7pm, a client grabs 8am, and each one seems fine in isolation. Then you realize you've worked around your working hours four days this week.
Calendars accept every invite equally. Defending your hours takes a daily check that nobody has time to do by hand.
What it does
This routine runs every morning. It scans today's calendar and flags any meeting that falls outside your preferred working hours, 9am to 6pm by default and adjustable in the prompt.
Each morning you see the violations before they happen, and you can decline, move, or consciously accept them instead of noticing at 7:45pm.
Try the prompt
Copy it into a new Littlebird routine, then set the days and times that fit your schedule
- Open Littlebird and go to Routines. Open the menu next to New Routine and choose Set up manually.
- Paste the prompt into Instructions, then set the days and time under Run.
- Littlebird runs it on schedule from then on. You can pause or edit it anytime. Auto-pause is on by default and pauses it if reports go unread.

Can I set my own hours?
Yes. Change the hours in the prompt (8 to 5, 10 to 7, or four-day weeks), and the check follows your rules.
What about time zones?
Travel and remote colleagues create most violations. The flag shows the meeting in your time, so you judge fairly.
What does the boundary check cost?

Will it decline meetings for me?
No. It flags; you decide. Some early meetings are worth it. The point is that they're a choice, not a surprise.
