Decisions are the most valuable output of meetings and the least preserved. They live in someone's memory, half a Slack thread, and a doc that was never updated. Three months later, a new exec asks why the team chose the expensive option and nobody can reconstruct the reasoning.
Companies re-litigate old decisions constantly, not because people love arguing, but because the record doesn't exist.
What it does
This routine runs every Friday. It goes through the week's meetings, extracts every decision that was made, and compiles them into a single log: what was decided, the context around it, and who was invited.
Keep the log running and 'why did we decide that' becomes a search, not an archaeological dig.

Copy it into a new Littlebird routine, then set the days and times that fit your schedule
