The inbox is a casino: open it for one thing and you're pulled into twelve. Some emails need you today, some need a glance, most need nothing, but you can't tell which without reading all of them.

What it does
This routine runs every morning at 7am. It reads your unread mail and sorts it into three piles: urgent, newsletters and bulk mail, and needs a reply from you.
You open a triaged list instead of a raw inbox. The urgent stuff gets your first hour; the rest gets your terms.
Try the prompt
Copy it into a new Littlebird routine, then set the days and times that fit your schedule
