- Overloaded: Thursday has seven meetings from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with no break longer than 15 minutes.
- Gaps: Tuesday from 1:00 to 5:00 PM is open, and Friday morning is clear until 11:00 AM.
- Worth a second look: Thursday's hour-long planning meeting. Moving it to Tuesday afternoon would give Thursday a real break.

Every Sunday at 6pm, this routine reads next week's calendar and hands you the honest version: which days are overloaded, where the gaps are, and which meetings deserve a second thought.
You start Monday with a plan for the calendar instead of a calendar that has plans for you.
Try the prompt
Copy it into a new Littlebird routine, then set the days and times that fit your schedule
- Open Littlebird and go to Routines. Open the menu next to New Routine and choose Set up manually.
- Paste the prompt into Instructions, then set the days and time under Run.
