Questions before you start
What does Littlebird learn from?
The Mac and Windows app learns from what’s on your screen, Littlebird takes notes in your meetings without a bot, and it reads the apps you connect. Every plan, including the free one, connects Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Outlook, Dropbox and more. You can pause Littlebird, leave apps and websites out or delete what it saved at any time.
Does a bot join my meetings?
No. Littlebird takes notes through its desktop app, so no bot joins the call. By default it asks before it starts taking notes, and it reminds you to get consent from the people on the call.
Does Littlebird send email for me?
No. Littlebird writes drafts when you ask, and Send to attendees saves a meeting recap as a draft in Gmail. Littlebird never sends email on its own.
How is Littlebird different from an AI chat app?
Littlebird already understands your work. It answers from your meetings, your screen and the apps you connect, so you never paste in the backstory.
Can my team see my notes?
No. On a Team plan, admins manage seats and settings, and they can’t open anyone’s chats, meeting notes or memory. Teammates see only what you add to a shared project.
Does Littlebird work on my phone?
Yes. You can chat with Littlebird in the iPhone and Android apps and at app.littlebird.ai. Littlebird learns from your screen through the Mac or Windows app.
