No. Littlebird drafts emails in Gmail or Outlook with the details from your calls, and you review and send them yourself.

Does Littlebird work with my CRM?

Littlebird remembers the CRM records you open on your Mac or Windows computer, along with your calls about each deal, so you can ask where a deal stands and paste a ready summary into the record. You can also connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Outlook and Dropbox on every plan, including the free one.

Does a bot join my sales calls?

No. Littlebird takes notes from your computer's audio, so no bot joins the call and it works with the meeting app you already use. Let buyers know you're taking notes, as your company's policy and local law require.
