The AI that understands your GTM team’s work

Littlebird combines your calls, screen, email and apps, so your whole GTM team works from the full picture

You ask: “What did customers ask about on this week’s calls?”

Searched through your meetings

Littlebird answers: Three customers asked about SSO, and two asked whether reports can go to Slack. Riley Parker at Perch & Partners wants a case study for their board in November.

It’s free to start, and the desktop app adds your screen and meetings.

Know where each deal stands before the call

Each weekday morning, Littlebird briefs you on the day’s client calls from your email, past meetings and notes

  • Set it up once in chat, or copy Sales Meeting Prep from our routine library
  • Runs on the server, so it’s ready before you open your laptop
  • Or turn on automatic meeting prep in Settings for a brief before each client call

Questions GTM teams ask

What does Littlebird do for a GTM team?

Littlebird takes notes on your client calls and combines them with your screen, email and other apps, making sense of everything about each deal. Ask what a buyer agreed to, prep for a call or hand an account to customer success, and Littlebird answers from all of it.

Who on a GTM team uses Littlebird?

People in marketing, sales, customer success and RevOps use Littlebird. Each person gets their own private Littlebird, and shared projects hold the accounts and launches a team works on together.

Does Littlebird work with Salesforce?

Littlebird remembers the Salesforce pages you look at on your computer, so you can ask about any deal you’ve opened. HubSpot, Attio, Pipedrive and Close connect directly, on every plan.

Does a bot join our client calls?

No. Littlebird takes notes from your computer’s audio, so no bot joins the call and it works with the meeting app you already use. Let your client know you’re taking notes, as your company’s policy and local law require.

Can managers read their team’s notes?

No. Each person’s chats, notes and memory stay private unless they share them, and admins can’t open them. To share an account’s calls, add them to a shared project.

What happens when a deal moves to customer success?

Add the CSM to the account’s shared project. They can open every call, chat and file in it and ask about any of it from their first day.
