Does Littlebird give nutrition advice?

No. Littlebird keeps your check-in notes, answers questions about what clients reported and drafts messages from the plan you set. The guidance stays yours, and it gives no medical advice.

Does Littlebird work with my client app and food logs?

Littlebird remembers what you see in any app on your Mac or Windows computer, including your client app, the food logs clients share and the plans you write, so each client's week is easy to review. You can also connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Outlook and Dropbox on every plan, including the free one.

Does a bot join my check-ins?

No. Littlebird takes notes from your computer's audio, so no bot joins the call and it works with the meeting app you already use. It takes notes on calls you take on your computer. Let clients know you're taking notes and get their consent, as your practice's policy and local law require.

Is client health information kept private?
