See when a policy changed and why
Ask when the retention policy changed, what prompted it and who signed off, and Littlebird answers from the email, meeting or document where it happened.
Littlebird remembers the meetings, email and documents behind each policy change, so you can show when and why it happened

The retention period went from seven years to five on June 12. The change followed the March 4 incident review, where old backups were named the main exposure, and Dana Whitfield approved it by email on June 10.
Compliance work is half judgment and half evidence. A policy changed after the March incident, an exception was approved in May, and new attestations went out in June. When an auditor or regulator asks, the order of those events matters, and it lives across email, meetings and documents.
Littlebird remembers what you see on screen, your meetings and the email you connect, so you can ask when a policy changed, what prompted it and who signed off. It answers from the thread, meeting or document where it happened and drafts the response for your review. It doesn't replace your compliance system, and it gives no legal advice.
It works from your meetings, email and the work on your screen, and you stay in charge of what goes out

Ask what happened, what the team decided and what remediation was promised, so the follow-up review starts from what was said at the time.
Ask what the current rule on vendor access is, and Littlebird answers from the latest version you've worked on and the meeting where it last changed.
Littlebird drafts the audit response or board summary from the decisions and threads you've already seen, as a Google Doc or email draft for your review.

Yes. Ask for the timeline of a policy change or an incident, and Littlebird drafts it from the meetings, email and documents you've seen, with the date each step came up. A project for each audit can hold the request list and your instructions, and you check the draft against your records before it goes out.
