What did we concede on liability caps this year, and which vendor agreements auto-renew in the next 90 days?
Worked for 3 steps

You conceded on liability caps twice: a cap of two times annual fees for Birdseed Brands in March and a separate data breach cap for Flock Industries in July. Three vendor agreements auto-renew before January 15, and the Sparrow & Sons notice window closes December 1.

You can see how each clause got to its final wording

A negotiation runs across a dozen emails, a few calls and a shared draft with four versions. Months later, someone asks who approved the unusual indemnity clause and what the other side gave in return, just as the renewal notice date comes up.

Littlebird remembers the drafts you open, your negotiation calls and the email you connect, so you can ask what was conceded, who approved it and what was agreed on the call. It drafts summaries for the teams who live with each agreement, and you review them before they go out. It doesn't connect to your contract management system, and you can keep any app out of its memory.

What Littlebird does for you

It works from your meetings, email and the work on your screen, and you stay in charge of what goes out

Recall the story behind a clause

Ask which draft introduced the indemnity change, who approved it and what the other side gave up, and Littlebird answers from the redlines and threads you've seen.

Plan renewals ahead of the notice date

Ask which agreements renew in the next 90 days, or set a monthly routine that lists the renewal and notice dates in the contracts you've worked on.

Check calls against the latest draft

Littlebird takes notes on negotiation calls without a bot joining, so you can check that what was agreed on the call made it into the latest draft.

Draft plain-language contract summaries

Littlebird drafts a summary of key terms, unusual clauses and obligations for the teams who live with the agreement, as a Google Doc you edit and share.

Frequently asked questions

Can Littlebird tell me which version changed a clause?

Yes. Littlebird remembers the drafts you've had on screen, so you can ask when the limitation of liability changed and get the answer from the redlines, email and calls where it came up. It gives no legal advice, so what to accept stays your call.

Does Littlebird work with my contract management system?

Littlebird doesn't connect to contract management systems. It remembers what you see in any app on your Mac or Windows computer, including your contract system, so the history around each agreement is there when you ask. You can keep any app out of its memory, and you can also connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Outlook and Dropbox on every plan, including the free one.

Does a bot join negotiation calls?

No. Littlebird takes notes from your computer's audio, so no bot joins the call and it works with the meeting app you already use. Let the other side know you're taking notes, as your company's policy and local law require.

Is confidential contract information kept private?

Littlebird never sells your data or trains models on it, and neither do its AI providers. It's SOC 2 Type II audited, your chats and notes stay private to you unless you share them, and you can pause capture, keep apps out or delete your data at any time. Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3.

What does Littlebird cost for a contracts team?

You can start for free. Paid plans add more capacity and features, and Team plans give each person their own private Littlebird with shared projects. Compare them on our pricing page.
