Does Littlebird work with consults in other languages?

Yes. Meeting notes work in more than 30 languages, so a consult held in the client's own language gets notes like any other meeting. Check names, dates and numbers against the client's documents before they go on a form.

Does Littlebird work with my case management software?

Littlebird doesn't connect to case management software. It remembers what you see in any app on your Mac or Windows computer, including your case management system, so the case details you've reviewed are there when you ask. You can keep any app out of its memory, and you can also connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Outlook and Dropbox on every plan, including the free one.

Will clients see a bot in our consults?

No. Littlebird takes notes from your computer's audio, so no bot joins the call and it works with the meeting app you already use. It takes notes on calls you take on your computer, and in-person notes work on iPhone. Let clients know you're taking notes, as your firm's policy and local law require.

Is my clients' information kept private?
