Yes. Ask what's coming up this month, or set a weekly routine that lists the renewals and move-outs from the reports and email you've seen. Littlebird drafts the reminder, and you review it and send it.

Does Littlebird work with my property management software?

Littlebird doesn't connect to property management software. It remembers what you see in any app on your Mac or Windows computer, including your property management software, so work orders, leases and owner statements are there to ask about. You can also connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Outlook and Dropbox on every plan, including the free one.

Does a bot join my calls with tenants and owners?

No. Littlebird takes notes from your computer's audio, so no bot joins the call and it works with the meeting app you already use. It takes notes on calls you take on your computer. Let tenants and owners know you're taking notes, as your company's policy and local law require.
