Can Littlebird write my appraisal reports?

Littlebird doesn't write appraisal reports or give valuation advice. Ask in chat and it drafts neighborhood descriptions and market commentary from your notes and the data you've reviewed, and you check, finish and sign the report.

Does Littlebird work with my appraisal software?

Littlebird doesn't connect to appraisal software or the MLS. It remembers what you see in any app on your Mac or Windows computer, including your form software and MLS searches, so past assignments are there to ask about, and you can keep any app out of its memory. You can also connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Outlook and Dropbox on every plan, including the free one.

Does a bot join my calls with lenders and agents?

No. Littlebird takes notes from your computer's audio, so no bot joins the call and it works with the meeting app you already use. Let people know you're taking notes, as your company's policy and local law require.

Is my appraisal work kept confidential?
