Yes. Ask for an appeal and Littlebird drafts it from the claim details you've seen, your calls with the payer and what worked before. You review it, attach what's needed and submit it yourself.

Does Littlebird work with my billing software and payer portals?

Littlebird doesn't connect to your billing software, clearinghouse or payer portals. It remembers what you see in any app or website on your Mac or Windows computer, so the claims, remittances and portal pages you open become context you can ask about, and you can keep any app or site out of its memory. You can also connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Outlook and Dropbox on every plan, including the free one.

Does a bot join my payer calls?

No. Littlebird takes notes from your computer's audio, so no bot joins the call and it works with the meeting app you already use. It takes notes on calls you take on your computer. Let the people on the call know you're taking notes, as your company's policy and local law require.
