Can Littlebird help with recall?

Yes. Ask who is due from the recall lists you've had on screen, and Littlebird drafts the recall email or reminder for your team to review and send. It doesn't contact patients on its own.

Does Littlebird work with my practice management software?

Littlebird doesn't connect to your practice management software or your lab's ordering site. It remembers what you see in any app or website on your Mac or Windows computer, so the order screens and recall lists you open become context you can ask about, and you can keep any app out of its memory. You can also connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Outlook and Dropbox on every plan, including the free one.

Does a bot join staff meetings?

No. Littlebird takes notes from your computer's audio, so no bot joins the call and it works with the meeting app you already use. For a meeting in the office, such as a visit from a frame rep, you can take notes with the iPhone app. Let people know you're taking notes, as your practice's policy and local law require.

How is patient information protected?
