What should I know before the Ellis family visit on Thursday?
Worked for 3 steps

At last week's check-in, the family asked about school transport. The referral from the housing agency mentions a review due on October 30, and you promised to bring the transport form to the visit.

Check-in notes and referrals are ready before each visit

Your caseload runs on details: what a family asked about at the last check-in, the referral from another agency, the benefits deadline and the call you promised to return. Documentation matters, and so does the time you spend with people.

Littlebird remembers your notes, the email you connect, your calls and the forms on your screen, so you can ask what happened since the last visit and draft the follow-up letter or case note. It gives no clinical or legal advice, and your agency's records stay the record. HIPAA is available with a signed BAA.

What Littlebird does for you

It works from your meetings, email and the work on your screen, and you stay in charge of what goes out

Prepare for each visit

Before a visit, ask what came up at the last check-in and what the referral said, and walk in with the details.

Track deadlines and callbacks

Ask which benefits reviews, forms and callbacks are due this week across your caseload, then work the list from the answer.

Draft case notes and letters

Ask for a case note or a letter, and Littlebird drafts it from your notes and the calls you took, for you to review and finish.

Keep team meetings on record

Littlebird takes notes in case conferences and team meetings without a bot joining, so decisions and next steps are easy to find.
